About . Susan Finerty

Jordan is a consultant, leadership advisor, and the Director of Client Success & Operations at Finerty Consulting. She brings a rare combination of practitioner insight, instructional design expertise, and operational leadership to her work. With nearly a decade of experience as a strategic talent advisor, she has guided leaders through executive assessment, leadership development, and organizational transformation across industries and geographies. As a credentialed Master Instructional Designer through the Association for Talent Development, she designs and facilitates programs that are practical, relevant, and lasting — grounded in adult learning theory and enriched by real-world corporate and consulting experience.
In addition to her consulting work, Jordan plays a pivotal role in ensuring the firm delivers on its promises to clients. She oversees operations, manages client relationships, and keeps projects running seamlessly — bringing both rigor and humanity to the behind-the-scenes systems that allow the firm to thrive. Known for her approachable and genuine style, she builds trust quickly and creates space for candid conversations, while also challenging leaders to see new possibilities and act with clarity. Clients often remark that she helps them uncover insights they couldn’t see before — and that those insights are immediately actionable.
Jordan is especially drawn to working with leaders at inflection points — stepping into bigger roles, reshaping teams, or navigating complex change. She helps them translate complexity into clear actions, build trust across diverse stakeholders, and gain the confidence to move forward.
Outside of work, Jordan is deeply engaged in equine-facilitated learning at Empress Stables & Sanctuary with her horse, Luna, and is committed to mental health advocacy as the co-founder of Kilos for Kofkin, a nonprofit dedicated to proactive suicide prevention. She lives with her husband, Cleary, along with their dog Cortado and cat Flapjack. A Florida native, she loves being on the water, traveling, reading, and staying curious — whether through puzzles, games, or creative projects.
Jordan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Florida Atlantic University. She is certified in Hogan Assessment Systems, MRG’s Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360™ Suite, and multiple Korn Ferry tools, and will complete her certification in Equine-Facilitated Learning through the HERD Institute in 2025. She is also the author of Optimizing Personal Energy: 5 Pillars to Sustain Wellbeing and Performance (Korn Ferry Institute, 2021) and a contributing author in Empowered Women Empower Women: Volume 2 (2025).
