Tara Nofziger is a Partner with Finerty Consulting with more than 20 years of experience leading global talent management and organizational effectiveness work across complex, matrixed organizations.
She brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organization transformation, and leadership development, with a particular focus on helping senior leaders deploy complex, cross-functional change and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Over the course of her career, Tara has held senior talent and organizational effectiveness leadership roles at global companies including Hollister Incorporated, Baxter International, and Rockwell Automation.
She has partnered closely with executive teams to design and deploy large-scale initiatives that align strategy, leadership capability, and organizational systems. Her work frequently involves guiding organizations through significant transformation, helping leaders navigate change management challenges while maintaining clarity and alignment across functions and levels of the enterprise. She has led and supported enterprise initiatives in organizations ranging from 5,000 to more than 50,000 employees, bringing practical insight into how strategy, structure, and leadership practices operate in large, complex environments.
Known for helping leadership teams bring clarity and discipline to cross-functional decision making and change execution, she combines strategic perspective with hands-on experience leading enterprise initiatives. She translates complex organizational challenges into practical frameworks and actions that leaders can implement, helping organizations move from ambiguity to alignment while sustaining momentum through periods of transformation.
She holds a Masterā€™s degree in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelorā€™s degree from Michigan State University. She is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Hogan Assessments.
She lives in Northern Michigan, where she enjoys lake life, reading historical novels and biographies, and ending the day watching the sunset over the water. A naturally curious person, she is always learning and exploring new ideas, with a particular interest in emerging technologies and how AI is shaping the future of work.
