Dialogue. Not Monologue.

Be very, very conscious of the balance of dialogue. If it’s not 50/50, pull back. Let them ask questions to guide the discussion—don’t think you have to answer everything before they have a chance to ask a question. Monologues (another form of over-communicating) don’t come close to the productivity of dialogues.
