Use Goals As A Framework.

Your goals are not just a reference, but also an organizing framework for the year. All meetings, whether they are informal one-on-ones, monthly team meetings or large quarterly powwows, should have an agenda structured around the goals and outcomes focused on the goals. Everything you do and communicate should be structured around the same few goals.
