Matrix Decision-making Can Prove Troublesome.

The narrowing point of matrix decision-making can often prove troublesome because it ruffles feathers. No one wants to make the call on who’s in and who’s out. Alternatively, if roles aren’t clear, we truly can’t put our finger on who the decision maker is or who should be included. Both scenarios lead to the same result: we let everyone in on the decision, and decision-making grinds to a halt.
