Think of something to forgive a partner for. What do you let go and forgive? The things that have low impact—TODAY. It may have been a big deal 6 months ago, but if it is not consequential now, let it go. Also let go of things that happened once, but aren’t indicative of the partnership. You don’t have to overtly forgive your partner, but mentally delete it. No longer spend any time thinking about it or talking about it. Truly let go.
