Decision-Making: When To Take A Vote.

Take a vote and ask what it would take: When you are in the middle of decision-making, occasionally go back to your criteria and, if there are options on the table, take a quick vote to see how far apart you are. Ask those in the minority what it would take to push them to another option. Most likely, you will come up with a new set of alternatives and be closer to agreement.
