Decision-Making: Explain The “Why.”

Your Team will always want to know the “why” behind a decision. These natural tendencies are even stronger in a matrix organization because those on the receiving end are being asked to do something, stop doing something or change the way they are doing something by someone who most likely doesn’t have direct authority over them.
