Cindy has over twenty years of experience in talent management, organization development, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. She has held positions in global organizations in many industries including technology, IT consulting, retail and pharmaceuticals.
In her roles as curriculum designer, project leader, and facilitator, Cindy has partnered with leaders and teams to help drive organizational change and team effectiveness. She is well versed in a variety of disciplines including Situational Leadership II, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Change Management, Master the Matrix and Speed of Trust.
Cindy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Psychology from Iowa State University and a certificate in Organizational Development from DePaul University. She serves as a mentor in the Chicago Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
Cindy’s home base is Chicago, Illinois where she lives with her husband and two teenage sons.
