At the individual level, our assessments provide feedback that can help you pinpoint strengths you can leverage and practices you can change to increase effectiveness in your matrix role or in working cross-functionally. Our e-learning module can get you started on applying key matrix mindsets and approaches.
For teams, Finerty Consulting helps view the matrix mastery and cross-functional influence in the “collective.” How do we strengthen our collective influence across the organization? Do our partners view us a real partners or police?  How well are influencing and making decisions across the matrix? Our assessments can be structured to look at overall team effectiveness on the concepts; workshops can be customized to provide an opportunity for teams to connect on a whole new level.
